After trying out the most popular lifestyle apps, I came up with a list of 10 favorites that I use daily. 2. Blinkist

How many books have you read lately? I've read none for the past six years, at least not for adults. Since I had my two boys, the only books I’ve held in my hands are the ones my boys choose for bedtime stories.

However, with my mind craving inspiring and interesting content, I ended up trying audiobooks, and Blinkist makes it possible to listen to more than five books per day!

Blinkist distills the key insights of 1500+ bestselling nonfiction books into powerful 15-minutes reads and listens. For me, Blinkist has boosted my knowledge and I've gained new perspectives. Also, thanks to Blinkist, I’ve finally learned how to find my focus and get the right things done.

6. Shazam

I bet that you’ve been out at your favorite restaurant and heard a song that you just can't figure out the name of. I know, it's so frustrating! Shazam is used by over 100 million people each month to identify music instantly and get song lyrics.

There are a lot of key features to enjoy, such as preview songs with Apple Music and add them to your Spotify playlist.

7. 7-Minute Workout

Our bodies are designed to be active, and the health benefits of regular exercise are hard to ignore. Over time, people develop problems if the amount of exercise is too small. I know that finding the time to do exercise is hard. However, there are no excuses to not use the 7-Minute Workout app. Think about it. You only have to workout seven minutes per day to stay in shape, get fit and toned, and healthy. You can do the workout while your steak is in the oven, or while waiting for the laundry to finish. You just have to do it: seven minutes is all it takes.

I work out a minimum 15 minutes per day, and my workout space is everywhere in the house, as long as I have space to swing my arms and legs. Remember, if you skip your super-short but necessary workout, you not only make a bad decision for the moment, you change how you’ll be for the rest of the day (and life).
