5-Minute Hummus & Veggie Wrap [Video Recipe]

Directions:

Lay tortilla flat and spread hummus on top. Layer with sprouts, avocado, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and green onion. Season with pepper to taste. Repeat and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Whole Wheat Tortillas
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Hummus
  • Handful of Sprouts
  • 1 Large Avocado, Sliced
  • 1 Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced
  • 1 Green Onion, Chopped
  • Black Pepper to taste
