10 Ways To Spend A Perfect Night In (Without Netflix!)

By The Everygirl

“Arriving home after a long day of work, you immediately set down your things, remove the monstrosities that are your bra and business-casual pants, and relocate to the comfiest spot in your home to stream an episode or six of a trashy drama or British baking competition.

Sure, you might have made a list of all of the things you wanted to get home after work, but it’s knocking on 7 p.m. and your bed is calling you…

Sound familiar? It does to me, in any case.

The urge to veg out after a stressful day nothing new, but access to apps like Netflix, Hulu, and HBONow have made it easier than ever to spend every weeknight in front of a screen. Sure, I might have plans for the weekend that get me out of the house, but weeknights involving anything other than sweatpants and a screen have become rarer and rarer, leaving me feeling lazy and unsatisfied.

All You Need For The Perfect Cozy Night In

By Fashionlush

“Has anyone been to Disneyland lately? I went yesterday for the first time in 10+ years & lemme just say… it really is the happiest place on earth. You couldn’t be in a bad mood there if you tried (minus the fact they don’t sell adult bevvy’s, that made me a teeny bit sad).

As a kid it was all just magic, but as an adult, you really get to appreciate all of the detail that goes into the entire park. Pirates of the Caribbean for example… I meannnn talk about a mind blow!!!

I will say though, a day at Disney is exhausting. All the walking around, waiting in lines, mingling with princesses… I was asleep almost the second we got in the car to drive home.

So, to counteract yesterdays full day of activity, tonight I will be hosting a cozy night in. What is a cozy night in you ask? Well, it’s basically my favorite thing EVER.”
