    Hi Blog Lovin’
Thanks for making the transition from Google Reader so easy!
I have a question… my FAVOURITE, most-used Reader feature was the “next” button I could just drag and drop to my browser toolbar. This button allowed me to just click my way through the most recent blog posts in a browser window. I have multiple “next” buttons for each category of blogs that I like to read.

Does Blog Lovin’ offer a similar tool, or will there be one available in the future?

    Many thanks!
    Ashley.

Hello, thank you for making the traasicion so easy.
I have a question, is there any possibility to have bloglovin into Flipboard? Are you going to develop an app for IPad?
Thank you very much in advance??
    Best regards

Wow, that was a super-easy transition. I’ll miss Google Reader, but I’ve got the warm fuzzies about bloglovin’ already. :) Thanks!!

  4. Kami

hmm when I go to transfer all my feeds, the site locks up and won’t finish loading. Anyone else having this issue?

  5. Stef

I, too, would love a version designed for the iPad. Also, a Mac app, too. Since they’re all written in Objective-C it should be a smooth transition. ;)

    No keyboard shortcuts?
Attn: Ashley, why would you want to click with a mouse or whatever.. just use j/k keys, and N/P to move between feeds/folders. (See ? in google reader)

  7. Mel

I can’t seem to get the transfer to work; keep getting an error message. Hope this works out- Bloglovin seems like a great alternative to Google Reader.

  8. Liliana

thanks for helping us in this transition! but is there any way I can see the whole post instead of just a tiny part? and on the question about the transition stopped (Kami) go to home on Bloglovin and all your feeds will be there

I use Google reader from the web..when I’m checking my gmail. If you could make a web version that would be great.

  10. Patty

I can’t get all my folders I created on google reader or starred items. Any suggestions?

I have the same question as Ashley…
do you or will you have a “next” button? It was my favorite feature of Google Reader.

    Thanks!

How do I get the follow counter widget?
When I click ‘get this icon’ nothing happens, starting to wind me up now!
    not so much bloglovin…

So far, I have imported everything and it was super easy. I, too, need an app for my android tablet for when I travel. Hope to hear about one soon.

I love this format. Unfortunately I’m unable to make a customizable (link) widget that will save in my sidebar. I’ve followed your instructions implicitly, with no luck. I would love to make it easier for my readers to link to Bloglovin’ as well.

  15. Desiree

I’ve just switched over to Bloglovin’ & absolutely love it. The only problem I’m having is that my system (WP) won’t recognize the link you provide for my customized widget in my sidebar. I’ve done as you suggest in your directions with no luck. Is anyone else having this issue?

I don’t have a facebook account, it appears that I need one, is there any way that I could join without facebook. Thanks

  17. Bethany

There is an app for Android for those who are looking for it, and it works very well. Thanks for making this a smooth transition! I was so sad that Google Reader was going offline, but when some of my favorite bloggers talked about BlogLovin’ I knew I’d find a good alternative.

  18. Jean

I would love the “next” feature, as well as a “subscribe” button — both on the tool bars like Google Reader has/had. Thanks!

  19. JillB

I’ve tried twice to create an account with you using an email address (I don’t “do” Facebook), but never receive the confirmation email. And yes, I checked my spam box. What next?

  20. JillB

For some reason, my previous post isn’t appearing, so I’ll try again. I’ve tried twice to sign up for an account on Bloglovin, using email since I don’t do Facebook, but I never receive the confirmation email. What should I do?

  21. Sher

Having NO LUCK using the import feature in bloglovin’ Tried it two ways! attempted to import a OPML file and also tried the IMPORT FROM GOOGLE READER feature – neither works! Help!

  22. Elizabeth

What a fantastic idea. I enjoy Bloglovin so much more than Google Reader anyway. I’m going to write a post this weekend urging my readers to do this. Oh, and I agree that an iPad version would be great.
